1. Introduction
Welcome to Mirada.
Accessing and using the website www.miradafirenze.it (hereinafter the “Website”) and
purchasing products available on it imply full acceptance of these General Terms and
Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”).
Please read this document carefully before placing any order.

These Terms govern the distance selling of Mirada products to purchasers located in Italy and within the European Union, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 (E-commerce regulation).

4. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are described in the corresponding product pages on the Website.
All Mirada items are produced in limited quantities and may show slight variations due to the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Any shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Shopify Payments
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
All payments are processed through secure platforms. Mirada does not store or
manage credit card data.

6. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The order submitted by the purchaser constitutes a contractual offer.
The contract is deemed concluded only when Mirada sends an order confirmation e-mail to the purchaser.
Mirada reserves the right not to accept an order in the following cases:
• product unavailability;
• irregularities in the order;
• suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, the purchaser will be notified within 5 working days and fully refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made exclusively via DHL Express Courier.
Average delivery times:
• Italy: 2–5 working days
• European Union: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination or force
majeure events.
The goods travel under the courier’s responsibility; any damages or delays must be
promptly reported.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from product delivery, without penalty and without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an e-mail must be sent to info@miradafirenze.it, including:
• order number,
• products to be returned,
• details for reimbursement.
Returned items must be intact, unworn, with original tags and complete packaging (box, dust bag, card if included).
Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser, except in the case of defective products or an error attributable to Mirada.
Mirada will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the purchaser receives a damaged or non-conforming product, they must contact Mirada within 7 days of delivery via e-mail at info@miradafirenze.it.
After verification, Mirada will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

10. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All Mirada products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery and is valid for 2 years.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, designs, photographs, and graphics) is the exclusive property of Mirada or used under license.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability
Mirada shall not be held liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages not foreseeable at the time of the contract;
• improper use of the products;
• delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes involving consumers, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the purchaser’s
residence or domicile within the European Union.
For disputes with purchasers not qualified as consumers, the Court of Florence (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
